My fiancé had her car shipped from Washington to Virginia. We were given a quote that it would be there a couple days once she arrived. The car was late over a week and she had to get a rental car. While trying to reach out to the shipping company, they were rude and one of their supervisors even yelled at her when she requested to know the timeline. The company claimed they couldn’t get ahold of the driver. I will never use this company ever again and will tell all my friends and family to do the same. By far, the worst experience of customer service I’ve ever experienced.
