We did some research on the internet looking for a company to move our daughter's car from Ohio to California. We decided to use broker, Direct Express Auto Transport. They assigned the car to a West Coast Auto Transport - CA truck.
We were contacted by the truck driver (George), and made arrangements to meet him in an area that could accomodate his truck. We met him as scheduled, and found him to be helpful and reassuring. We were very happy and surprised when we got word that George would deliver the car to our daughter in California in only 6 days. We were especially pleased that she would not have to rent a car.
All in all, it was a pleasant experience dealing with the broker and the truck driver, and would not hesitate to recommend both companies.
