purchased a motorcycle in Mississippi and vehicle was available for pick up on the 16th of march. received several pickup dates. finally vehicle is picked up with a delivery date of 3/28 by email from webster transport. along with the email , i received the drivers phone number witch i called on sunday the 28th to confirm delivery and the driver told me
"he would deliver tonight or tomorrow the 29th at the latest he was stuck in virginia with mechanical issues to the truck" . So the next day monday, i made myself available to receive the motorcycle and in the evening after a full day of waiting called driver once more. was then told not till tuesday or wednesday. i explained to the driver i had made myself available and would have at the very least expected a phone call but would look forward to delivery on tuesday or wednesday. So i waited till thursday and finally decided to call webster ,explained to them the situation and they told me they would look into it and give me a call rite back. of course there was no call back from webster on thursday so friday i resolved to call the driver once again ,only this time he had told me the vehicle had been involved in an accident and was currently impounded . he explained he did not have the 9000$ to retrieve and repair the truck and along with the truck my motorcycle. now not only do i not know when ill receive the motorcycle, ive been lied to several times and dont even know the condition of the motorcycle. called webster this morning 4/2 and mail box was full unable to get in touch. i guess just maybe ill eventually get my bike , in what condition im not sure

The customer received motor cycle. Was not Impound, was at a tow yard because the truck has an accident. From what the insurance has told me there was no damage to motorcycle. We, Webster Services. Assigned a different truck to pick up and take to customers repair facility to be checked out. Customer has not returned calls since this was complete. We assume he is satisfied that the vehicle is in good condition. Thanks and God bless. Wayne Webster Spoke to customer today and he is very unreasonable in any way. Bike did have some minor damage and customer wants complete bike totaled. I understand that customer is upset, we want all to be happy. But on this instance, customer will not be reasonable in any way. Thank you for you understanding and again, God Bless. Wayne Webster
