We were honest with customer. I told the customer from the beginning that the price is directly proportionate to how long it takes to get picked up. If you are in a hurry and want it done faster, pay more. Slower, then pay less. We try to offer this to all our customers. This vehicle canceled 6 days in. We do offer a full refund if not picked up within 1-10 business days. When before that, we off 50.
We strive to make all happy in this process, unfortunately, that did not work in this case.
