*****The car was delivered safe and in a very timely and safe manner by a professional driver. The vehicle was picked up within 24 hours of placing the order. Delivered 4 days and 1300 miles later. We ask for a window for delivery of 24 hours. This customer did not inform us he was flying out the day the car was delivered. We communicate with our drivers and their telephone numbers are given. This customer called me the night before delivery yelling and cursing us and the driver because he had a flight the next day. We did not know this, thus did not plan for it. We ask the customer to aid in another option for delivery and he yelled profanities and hung up. Again, The car was delivered safe and in a very timely manner. Customer will not return phone calls for request of what he would like us to do to fix this complaint. This rating should be 5 stars! I am sorry that there are circumstances with some customers that there is obviously no solution to. But we do strive to and will continue to with this customer.
