I bought a car in MD and was told on a Monday afternoon that he was leaving on a vaction on Thursday morning. I went right out onto the web to search for shipping. I got back quotes from several places and Webster was priced right and said it could possbily pick it up in such a small time frame. Other companies did say they could as well, to the tune of $350 more than the quote.

I saw it was after work hours but called anyway to leave a message to call me back. I got Wayne on the phone and even though they close 45 minutes earlier, he stayed with me on the phone, explained the process and what we could do to get the car picked up. He Emailed me the information and I signed up.

The next morning a truck was ready to get the car (we're talking 18hrs after the phone call!) but the wire transfer didnt clear the bank so the seller wouldnt release the car. I got very nervous that I blew my tiny window and called back to Webster. They told me they would get to work on finding another truck. I honestly though there was no way I'd get lucky but sure enough they found another truck!!

Car was picked up Wednesday afternoon in MD and I got a call the next day from the driver that he was a half hour from my house. He came and was super friendly, polite and the car was treated like a baby. I'm a little embarrassed but the car is a manual and I can't drive it (yet) and the driver (Ken) was nice enough to drive it up the driveway and even gave me a quick lesson on driving a "Three on the Tree" transmission.

I can honeslty say they over-exceeded my expectations and it was a pleasure dealing with everyone from start to finish. I already gave a fellow collector the contact information and will continue to do so.
