I was contacted by Webster services regarding my quote and was informed that they had been a victim of tornadoes in Arkansas. ...My sympathy. These acts of God can sometimes make victims of us all in either direct or indirect ways.
He was kind and concerned enough to phone me several times to apologize and make it right. Unfortunately for me I had made my move the hard way as time was of the essence.
He promptly returned my deposit. I was impressed with his eagerness to make amends. This says alot to me. I wish him luck and am re reviewing his company now that I have an understanding as to what had happened. I will, should I need a transport in the future, call him first. His bid was substantially less than all the other bids I recieved. I cannot review the quality of his service as it was never my experience but his ethic seems genuine.
Wish them all the good luck in the world...I guess they've had enough bad luck to last them...
