The customer was told that the price of 900 was too low and he stated that he was not in a hurry for it. Once the date came around, he call and told us he needed it right away. In moving cars or transporting anything, to move faster means costing more money. We suggested the right price for moving and Emad opted to try at lower price. Yes he did call me back at a point I was having a computer problem, I returned the call and left a message. As he stated in the end of his statement, he understood that to do it right, and fast, you must pay more. We make it a point to tell all customers this. He did not call me back and has been since refunded the deposit through paypal as it was paid.
We do try to make all happy, but when a customer chooses not to price the move at the correct price and want to save money, that means it will take more time.
