Webster placed an order that I never requested, on 11/4/14. I replied same day that I never placed an order with them. I heard nothing back. I placed a real order with Auto Shipping Group and on 11/7/14 they informed me there was a double booking. I emailed Nick that morning telling him to cancel me, that I never signed up with Webster and he had till noon to do it or I would complain with this site and with BBB. I am now complaining and giving the lowest possible rating.

Customer did call and place order over phone, gave us address and 3 different phone numbers, including multiple names. Left us email about canceling on Saturday. We canceled when we received this on Monday. I do not know what more could have been done to make David Happy?
