Never placed and order. I ave attempted to call this customer multiple times and he has not returned my call as of yet. Again, I invite him or any customer, with any issue to call me to resolve the issue with our company or carrier. We did not hound this customer in and way. Two quotes that were requested by the customer and one after he called us. He asked us for a lower price than quoted and we informed him it may take longer at the lower price. This was done verbally and in email. We can not Guarantee a quick service at a lower price.
