Wayne Webster and his staff explained the brokerage/transport business to me. Although I had already booked another company, I switched to Webster because it matched the other price and was willing to negotiate with the driver about specific concerns I had. The day before and after the pick up, Wayne called to verify my comfort with the driver. When the vehicle arrived at the destination, we found a mutually agreeable place the meet for unloading and payment. I will definitely use Webster again when I transport my father'a A-Model Ford later this year. I couldn't be happier with the service.
