Deposit made 1/27/14. E-mailed 1/29 - if they could not pick up the car by the 30th evening, the seller would be out of town from 1/31 thru 2/5. Called and e-mailed no response. Finally e-mail with confirmation a truck would be there on the 3rd. E-mail and called to leave message again the seller would not be available from 1/31 thru 2/5. Asked for deposit back due to lack of Websters ability to comply so I could hire a company that's reliable and trustworthy, they said no, because they had dispatched a truck for a pick up on the third. E-mailed a copy of the e-mail sent on the 29th. Still no. As of this evening 2/6/14 11 days and 9 business days after calling and e-mailing this afternoon with no reply, I still have no idea (either do they) when the car can be picked up and transported to it's destination. Do yourself a favor, if you must, make this company the last company you would ever call. They are only interested in you money, not your needs.
