As a 20 year Sales Manager I expect performance. My motto is under promise and over deliver. That’s what I get with Webster Relocation. I have used other transport companies but always felt like there was too much grey area, too little attention to detail and too little of the customer service vibe. I felt as if they were doing me a favor. That is defiantly NOT how I feel when I use Webster. They are always very customer centered, courteous and NEVER leave a question mark above my head hoping that things are handled. They must have the same motto I subscribe to and have trained into sales reps. They under promise and over deliver every time. No questions on fees pick up and drop off dates where what they promised and it was all done making me feel like they wanted me as a customer NOT like they were doing me a favor. I only use Webster’s and recommend them to anyone I can. Keep up the good work!
