Do not know where the avoiding is, We work 6 days a week. I spoke to the customer that owned the other vehicle that he claims that happened to and that customer said all was good on the move. Customer canceled after vehicle was scheduled for pickup and we still refunded deposit, the charge was never disputed as he said with the credit card. I am sorry to say that some people will never be satisfied.
