They couldn't get my vehicle picked up, said refund would take up to 31 days as in their contract. 31 days has come and gone as did the date for pick up. No one answers the phones, accounting voice-mail is full. THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS!! I should be able to charge a late fee but would be glade just to get my original amount back.
