Because of my fantastic experience with this company in 2015, I sent a dear friend to them in March. There was NO follow-up from her "rep", NO case file beyond the pick-up and delivery address, NO contract was ever sent to her to complete and officially begin her case, and therefore, of course, no transport was available because they didn't have the contract her rep never sent her to complete. We have proof of the conversations with her rep that went unresponded to or unresolved, and today, the day before her transport was supposed to arrive, she learns that there is no transport to be had. Customer service at all levels - reps, dispatch, managers- was horrid. As someone who takes great pride in delivering excellent customer service and takes great pride in any time I can assist a friend with a referral, I will NEVER refer this company again and hope to stop others from referring them as well.
