I ship about 10 vehicles a year for my company and this was one of the best transactions I have ever had with a transport. My main concern was more about getting it picked up and delivered ASAP, however their rate was competitive as well. When speaking to Benjamin, I asked him to find out a definite pick up and delivery date before I paid to book anything because I couldn't have the vehicle sit for a week. He was more than happy to do so. He let me know that the vehicle could be picked up the next day and delivered in 2 days. The price did end up increasing compared to the quote, but that is only because the website doesn't let you put in specs and our vehicle was larger than the 'standard' for the cargo van we were shipping. He sent me the agreement, I signed and paid, and it was done. Vehicle was picked up on time and the driver was very thorough with inspecting our vehicle and having it signed off on for insurance purposes just in case. The vehicle was then delivered the NEXT day instead of in 2 days and delivery was just as smooth. The customer service, punctuality, and professionalism through this company was a breath of fresh air compared to what I've dealt with before. I will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend using their services.
