This was my first time shipping a vehicle. So all this web surfing had taken a toll on me. I had been in contact with another carrier (Montway Inc.) and even placed a reservation on Friday and by Sunday morning the load had still not been dispatched. I contacted customer service and they assured me they were still working on finding a carrier. Due to the length of time I canceled the reservation. I contacted the carrier (We Will Transport It) on Sunday and spoke to the representative (Joey) who was very helpful with leading me through the process. I informed him time was of the essence and he told me he would have two different dispatch managers working on this order to speed up the process. Monday morning Joey called me at 9:15 to inform me they had located a carrier and had also given me an eta for pickup. The vehicle was picked up that Monday by 2:30 pm and delivered that Tuesday by 2:55 pm. THANKS JOEY (This is real Customer Service )
