We will transport will hire an outside company to transport vehicle. They say they have contracted drivers they use but it DOES NOT make a difference at all. My vehicle was damaged during loading and all they did was defer all responsibility to the carrier and said that we will transport's insurance doesn't cover damages while loading for transport. READ THE CONTRACT THEY SEND YOU AND YOU WILL SEE FOR YOURSELF! They do not even protect you if your vehicle gets picked up but NEVER gets delivered! All they do is schedule a lift and THATS ALL! Nothing else! They can schedule a truck that never shows up and they still won't help you or refund your money. They give you the driver's cell number which is USELESS because you can never reach them and they will not contact you. SO if they hire a company for you but do not help with tracking, insurance, or any form of usefulness whatsoever, why use them!? I learned the hard way. John is a smooth talker and says he "knows the business" but he AND Mr. Groom (the owner) will abandon you after you paid them to schedule a truck. All they want is your $$$. Don't go off of those fake positive reviews, I did and now I'm paying for it.
