First time transporting

I did my homework before I transported. My friend Sarah told me she had a nightmare her first time transporting. She told me to never pay a dime until someone had a driver for us. She paid a deposit of 150 dollars and told me her car never got picked up by that company and they wouldn't return a single call she made to them. Will told me there's a loop hole to get deposits back but I told him I never paid one. Sarah couldn't remember the "good guys" she ended up finding to get her car to her and Steve. She did remember this review site though. I looked at a few different companies and saw all the terrible things that could happen. Ryan and I almost decided to just drive it to the dealership (I need to replace some part and was under warranty) and have Kevin and Karen drive us back. We really didn't want to drive over 4 hours to get there and 4 hours back. PLUS we needed to get the car back to us when they fixed it. After about an hour or so I saw these guys and did a lot of reading. Not once did I see anything about a deposit being stolen or them not communicating with their customers. Eventually I called them and Will answered. He explained to me his company doesn't even want a deposit. He told me that drivers want to see a legit order so they know that its serious and they can see these guys have a credit card on file. I was hesitant at first. I told him I would call back. I read about 100 reviews and never saw anything about money being taken. To get to the point.. Will told me my card wouldn't be ran for a dime until a driver was assigned to the route. It was a Friday and took until Monday to find a driver for pick up on Tuesday which was perfect because I needed to get in contact with the dealership. I was nervous and checked my card every night. These guys told me nothing but the truth. Once he had a drivers number for me the card was ran. I know that reviews help; that's how I found these guys. SO this is a HUGE thank you to Will and everyone else that helped us over there. Thank you guys; I didn't want to go through what Sarah had been through. I am shipping my car to North Carolina for Christmas and New Years and I can tell you theres no way I would forget who did this for me. Thank you so much guys for having integrity and standing behind everything you told me. Again; THANKS WILL!!
