My experience with Reggie of We Will Transport It was very pleasant. He was courteous and knowledgeable and broke down the overall quote cost (to the penny). He was great at providing me with the most up to date information regarding the transport. Even when I ran into issues with the transporter, Reggie was right there and available (basically 24/7) to be of assistant. I would use we will transport again if I need to.

I was disappointed in the carrier that was assigned my order. The carrier (United Auto Transport LLC) was horrible. My roommate waited 4 hours for the driver and then they wanted to charge an additional $200.00 for an overweight fee (for the baggage within the car). After speaking with Reggie, I informed him of my roommate's experience with the driver and he got the carrier to take the ridiculous charge off. Reggie's overall customer service was EXCELLENT.

If I could change anything, I would have asked Reggie for a more experienced transport company that has a good track record with We Will Transport It. It may have cost me a few extra bucks but it could have saved me the aggravation with the carrier.
