It could have been a good experience except for dishonesty w/ pricing. John (William Meyer) quoted me w/ $1,100.00 which still a little more than the other companies but because of the good reviews I took the bite. The driver Andrey was good keeping me updated, a day late w/ pick up but was on time w/ delivery so that was ok. I GOT THE CAR AND CHARGED ME $1,200.00. SPOKE TO JOHN AND PROMISED A REFUND OF $100.00. I CALLED SO MANY TIMES TO FOLLOW UP ON MY REFUND, JOHN WOULD SAY I'LL TAKE CARE OF IT, I'LL EMAIL YOU THE CONFIRMATION, I'LL CALL YOU BACK IN 15 MINS, I'LL CALL YOU BACK AFTER LUNCH, OR I'LL GO TO THE BILLING DEPARTMENT..ETC..ETC...BUT OF COURSE HE NEVER DID!!! AND NEVER CALL BACK EACH TIME I CALL.!.. I WAS JIP!.., I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR DISHONESTY!!!
