This was a bad experience at best. The company did a terrible job of communicating to me what was going on with the pick up. They promised two different days and times for pick up. They never called to follow up.
After the car was picked up two days late it was delivered 24 hours late. I had to reschedule people 3 times for pick up and twice for delivery. I was quoted a price for delivery and then called to get bumped $25 more. Then the driver tried to bump me another $25 after being 24 hours late for delivery.
I would not use again and would not recommend to anyone.

I'm very sorry Sir, but one thing you must understand, we didn't drive that carrier to pick you up. My dispatch department called you and gave you the drivers name and phone number and we are very sorry that the driver got into a bad traffic jam but no one can predict traffic and weather. If you are mad at the driver, why do you take it out on us? This company has been in the business many years and has a very good record. I appoligize Sir, and wish you a happy hoilday.
