We have been in constant contact with you on a day to day basis. we have made every attempt to get your vehicle transported. We have had multiple carriers to pick this vehicle up. but each time we had issues getting in touch with you. each and every phone call is monitored and recorded you told us we had until the 21st to locate a driver that you wanted the price to be 895. then you pressured us to get it done by the 18th at that time we had a driver. we called you and got in touch with you a few hours later. drivers had changed direction and filled the slot. sir i do understand your frustration but this week a series of storms ripped thru the mid west creating extremely low carrier availability. my name is Elliott I am the head dispatcher here. you can reach me at 754-216-7612. further more you had canceled your order as of yesterday. please call me if this was in error and you would like me to resume the order and find you a driver before the 21st. i do apologize for any inconvenience and will like to resolve the issue immediately.
