Aloha- I live in Hawaii but needed to ship my daughter's car from the West Coast to the East Coast when she graduated from college. I was very hesitant to say the least because I had never shipped a car across the US before and the first company my dad selected, due to the cheapest price, turned out to be a fake, took our money and disappeared. On the second go around, I did my homework and chose We Car Transport. I cannot say enough about how smoothly and quickly this process went, as well as the helpfulness and support I received throughout plus the driver that picked up and delivered was friendly, helpful and seemed to genuinely care. A quick review/timeline of our process: 7/17 spoke w/ Gary, established a contract, paid the $150 with guaranteed picked up from my parents home in Montana within 10 business days. The total quote from Montana to Boston was $1600. Upon arrival in Boston, the remaining $1450 would be paid to the driver with cash or money order. 7/18 the car was picked up in MT (the first day of the 10). My parents were able to put my daughter's stuff in the back of the car as long as it was under 200 lbs. The driver was polite, answered my parents questions, etc. They had nothing but positive comments about the experience. The estimated arrival to Boston was 7/24. 7/19 the car was in transit and my daughter informed me that the address we used, would not work b/c she could not be there for the arrival. She was in a total panic and wanted to know if it was possible to change the address to her work just outside Boston. So, I text Gary, and also worked with Wayne, and they made the switch happen, even mid transit. I was so grateful for their support and going the extra mile. 7/24 the car arrived as scheduled, the unload was quick, and according to my daughter, "it was so easy!!! and the guy was so nice!" I would give more stars if possible. Thank you We Car Transport for turning my initial experience (diff company) into a positive experience.
