This was my first experience obtaining auto carrier transport service. Although I was a bit skittish transporting a vehicle purchased in Massachusetts to Virginia, Debbie put my mind at ease with solid responses to my questions and concerns. I did not feel pressured to include receiving unwanted emails. Debbie works hard for her customer and does not expect payment until she has fully vetted a licensed and insured carrier. The service Debbie provided deserved a tip but payment through PayPal using her invoice was not available. Strongly recommend that she modify her invoice to accept an extra payment such as a gratuity/tip. Debbie connected me with A&C Car Haul. It was a great match. Driver Leandro provided ETAs along with delays that were beyond his control. He went over the paperwork with me patiently and had photos available of my vehicle if I disagreed with what was documented on paper. Great process! Extremely pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend using Debbie to assist in transporting a vehicle. I definitely will keep her telephone number should I need her services again and to pass on to others who may need a broker for auto transport service.
