As an automobile dealer we ship car and trucks both nationally and internationally. We've used many companies to ship our vehicles. We sold a vehicle and got a quote from another carrier and included it in the price of the vehicle. The next day that carrier said they mis quoted the shipping rate and tried to hit us for a $200 bump on the price. We had shipped vehicles with them before and they would not stick to their quote. We got online and shopped other carriers and Debbie was the only one willing to get close to the quote. She did so by sacrificing her commission to help us out. I guarantee that Debbie will be the only one we will call in the future. The transporter was actually early, had nice, well maintained equipment and delivered the vehicle 750 miles in 24 hrs. Debbie provided his insurance, license and W9 immediately.
Debbie definitely knows how to do business the right way!
