When i found out i was moving to california, i knew right away i did not want to put all those miles on my car, so i submitted an request for an on-line quote from a local company. well, about a ba-gillion companies bombarded me with emails quotes. I received a few calls, as well, but no call was like the call i received from Debbie Ebersole at Way To Go. I was immediately impressed with her "pitch" as she told me how she did business, and what she wanted to do for me. At this point, i hadn't chosen a company, and i had seen a few quotes that were quite a bit cheaper, but then she did something that let me know she was the way to go...she told me how the broker business works, warning me not to be taken in by low quotes, and not to fall for the "we just need a deposit or a credit card to hold your spot" scam. I was so moved by the fact that she would, without having any idea if i would go with her company, give me that kind of information unsolicited. I told her as much, and she said that even if i didn't go with her, she didn't want me to fall into some of the traps set by others in the industry. Well that was it! I immediately deleted all those other emails; i knew who i was going with! She worked very hard for me, and kept me informed at every point until she found a carrier for my car. The pick up was smooth and my car made it on time as promised. DO NOT HESITATE! Miss Debbie is truly the Way To Go!!
