Debbie at Way To Go was responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. She is however just the transaction broker arranging for the transport using one of many possible trucking companies. It is the trucking company (Triple T Trucking) that stumbled on this one. They were late with the pickup and further late with the delivery, because of all the changing pickups and drop-offs along the way. The poor driver was at the mercy of the company dispatcher who kept changing and adding stops along the way. This dispatcher never contacted me to alert me to the schedule changes.
Use Way To Go Auto Transport and Debbie, but do not accept Triple T Trucking as the hauler unless you are not concerned about knowing when your vehicle will be delivered.
