Jennifer did a great job at getting the tranport set up in a quick and efficient manner. The Transport was well timed and the carrier even had an opening a day early. Shipment got here before we thought it would.
The delivery was well informed and the driver contacted well before he arrived. The van took a while to load and unload as it was larger than their normal transport but it went off without a hitch. They did not inform me that I would have to have cash or check available for the driver but I was able to take care of that. Some would not have been able to deal with it on a Sunday Delivery. Jennifer is VERY persistent and helpful I appreciate her ability to help and her persistence brought me back to her but it can be a little overwhelming when a person is busy with work. These last two are the only reason this transport is not 5 stars.
