Rene you are absolutely correct, we did a great job on the first car that we moved for you. But we regret that it took longer than usual to pick up the second order you gave us. It was a very difficult route to fill at the time. But if you would have given us just a few more days we did have a driver that was going to pick up your vehicle. And I do apologize for the misunderstanding we had. Because I remember specifically telling you that I was going to call you back with an update on the pick up of your vehicle. I never, never asked you to e-mail me your question. I don’t work this way. And our contract clearly states that your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel for any reason, which this company did refund your money in full. I hope you give us another opportunity to move your car in the future. We always try to do our best job to satisfy all our customers, but sometimes it just takes a little longer to find a driver for certain routes. Either way it was a pleasure to serve you and do a good job for you the first time perhaps you will consider using us in the future……Tony
