Cheap doesn't always mean less quality

I first looked for quotes in mid-December. I needed my car shipped by mid-January. Viking Auto Transport was the cheapest quote of any - $70 cheaper than the next best quote. Having never used an auto transport before, I was concerned at first for it being so cheap. I decided to take a chance. I called Viking and set things in motion. Everything was completed over email that day and was told that once a driver was found I would be informed. This concerned me because I did not realize that quotes were sent out before a driver was secured. But it turned out to be ok. Viking found a driver for me a couple days before my desired pickup day and gave me his contact info. The driver called, picked up my vehicle in CA and dropped it off 5 days later in IN. Oh, I also had to change my pickup location a week before to a family member's house 30 miles away from where I originally told them, but it was no problem. Viking worked with me and my schedule change.
