Under normal conditions all our cars are picked up during the estimated pic-up dates. As brokers we are not able to guarantee a pick up days since the truck can get delayed due to mechanical failueres or unforseen circumstances that can come up during the transport that Viking has no control of.
This customer is stating that Tony was dishonest, this compnay searched the record on this job, and it was noted that the customer was explained that Durango was OUT OF THE WAY AND THAT IT WOULD BE DIFFICULT TO GET A DRIVER TO TO GO TO THIS LOCATION. Customer insisted that we try anyway to find him a truck .Who is being disshonest?
We were not able to find him a truck on a timely mannerr, so customer canceled the job and the deposiit has been fully refunded...Rick H.
