Viking provided the best price to transport our car from coast to coast. There were many responses, some as much as $400 more. The response was almost immediate from the internet inquiry. The the transaction was presented clearly and concisely, no pressure to upgrade to enclosed or specific delivery dates. There were no add on taxes or charges. The price quoted was all inclusive and was door to door, no use of terminals. Only a small retainer was required and after that was transacted a transporter was located within 12 hours. Continuous updates were provided via email. The transport company was very professional and the pick up went without incident or delay. My friend who shipped the car commented on this and the thoroughness of the loading at the pickup site. The driver was also able to provide a pretty accurate estimation of delivery time and delivered the car very close to that estimated time. The delivery went well with about a 24 hour notice of drop off. The driver was unable to get right in front of house due to our street, but the drop off was only 1.5 blocks away. The drop off again was very professional, smooth and hassle free. The car arrived in same shape it was shipped and with a quick car wash looked great. I was a little hesitant at first because of the low price, but all services and costs were as presented in the original deal, there were no complications or delay. I would use Viking Transport if the need to ship a car arises ever again.
