I filed a complaint with the Washington State Attorney Generals office. They attempted to contact Viking twice and Viking did not respond. Part of thier investigation revealed they had done business in Washington within the timeframe permitting a lawsuit. We are moving forward with that...either they will be paying a substanial penalty or no longer be doing business in Washington.
Their reply below is completely fabricated as is most of thier replies to all the other comments on this site. Do not fall for thier "we offered 3 prices" ....they do not mention three prices.
If you read more than a page or two of thier hundreds of bad reviews you can seee they cut and paste the same lies over and over (some times to the point of even having the same errors and tantrums.
tHEY DID ATTEMPT TO STEAL MY DEPOSIT. After several lies that the deposit would be returned soon they never produced the refund willingly.
My bank did secure a refund.
These guys are TERRIBLE are running a business.
addressing thier latest COMPLETELY FALSE claims in their reply: The truck was bought and paid for...just waiting to be picked up. They kept the deposit because they are THIEVES. Vikings offer was increased by me 4 times until it was DOUBLE what they had initially said it would cost...and they still couldnt deliver.
This can all be verified by contacting the original seller Troya Motors in Utica. Mention the Ford truck and they can confirm that payment was recieved directly after sale, no one ever came to pick it up, and it sat for months.
I recommend anyone checking into this company here on this site just continue to read...you will find PAGE AFTER PAGE of complaints all with the same lies by Viking.

They start their reply with an absolute lie; contract was signed 04/11...bank was charged 04/13. Yes i can prove this without a doubt and have to this sites owners. You tried to get my 1st review removed...and failed. It was removed after i created this 2nd one (only 1 review is permitted per transaction). Next we have the lower "prize" I am guessing this is some butcher job of "price" though its used a couple times. As i reread their reply it is fair to say every part of it is fabricated and intentionally dishonest. I have 40+ emails disproving every thing they have included and would love to share them if anyone is interested.
as a final note; Washington state AG did contact me regarding this and requested the email, bank statement and other details. There seems to be a special interest in Viking since they did accept money online, promised (commited) to refund after they failed to provide service three different times (pattern). Will update again once AG and claims court is complete.

Viking contacted this site indicating i was never a customer.
This was quickly revealed as a lie on Vikings behalf and my review was reinstated.
I want to be clear here: Viking has KEPT my deposit even after telling me three seperate times it would be issues within 3-5 business days. (and yes i have all 3 emails showing each time).
Vikings response refering to the "3 seperate prices" is another lie. I just reviewed every email transaction we had (they never returned phone calls) and there is no mention of "3 different prices". Just the initial $840 ($700 for diriver + $140 fee)
Vikings dishonesty is a pattern as revealed in numerous other reviews.
As i indicated previously; i increased there offer on 3 occassions until it was double what they said they could move it for.
And if they really had a carrier lined up they would have said something when i canceled my order.

Thank you for leaving us a review with no intelligent words. It says that we are scammers but yes, we found two drivers. Avalon Trucking and Nationwide Carriers. Customer did not pay for the vehicle therefore the seller did not want to release it. So we did keep his deposit because of the two trips for wasted time, money, and gas. Customer was well aware of this order and refused to put in another order when he finally paid for the vehicle so we cancelled the order and parted ways.And now he is putting up all this lies about us.
