After giving me a 2 day window to pick up the car, the guys didn't show up even on 3rd business day, and furthermore, even at that point this guy Tony was not apologetic, and said nothing is guaranteed. I cancelled my order, and in the last 2 months I have sent them numerous reminders for the refund of my $110 advance, and each time Tony says he has notified the accounting department. As if they are a multi-billion $ conglomerate which has 1,000s of people and 100's of department.

All that they are are THIEVES. I have filed a complaint with BBB, and still waiting for a resolution.

All their claims in other reviews that they don't run away with money are FALSE, they are really in the business of stealing money. DO NOT fall for their competitive rates, you won't get them, and they would just hope at some point you will stop chasing them for the refund of your advance.

We don’t steal anyone deposit. Period!! Your deposit has been refunded in full. So please don’t go on this site and slander us. We tried very hard to move you car. But you decided to choose the lowest price even though we explained to you that it might take longer than usual to move your car. We have close to 300 reviews on this site, and more than 85% are positive reviews. You are the only one that’s has not been forthright with this review. You sir are making this thing all up for your satisfaction since its seems you get a kick out of it. Again I strongly emphasize that your deposit has been refunded in full. We would not jeopardize our good standing with our merchant bank for your deposit or anyone else’s deposit.
