Terrible Effort by Viking.

I moved from PA to CA over one month ago. The car was guaranteed to be picked up within a two day window, and then I was going to drive cross country and the car would be delivered shortly after my arrival. The two day window came and went, along with two weeks of waiting for a truck to get my car. This never happened. I understand that shipping a car may not be a perfect system, and Viking must wait for a driver to accept their contract and accept my car. However, paying a deposit and then receiving a guarantee means to me that it should not take 3 weeks to have the car even picked up. Viking absolutely never contacted me with status updates on my car, and every time I called them they had no answer for when my car would leave my driveway. Due to weeks of terrible service I was forced to cancel my order, and was told my deposit would be fully refunded in about 3 business days. On top of the terrible service, it has been over two weeks now since I canceled and I still do not have my refund! Even after calling them a week ago to remind them that their job is to refund me!

First of all Bill we neer guaranteed your car would be picked up in 3 days.You also failed to mention in your review that we provided you with three different prices to move your car, and you chose the least expensive, it was explained to you that the price that you were choosing was the cheapest, so your car was last in line, since there were other cars paying more to drivers. This was all explained to you at the beginning, but you still chose the least expensive way, that usually takes longer to pick up the vehicle. And your deposit has already been refunded in full.......Richard
