I moved west for a career opportunity, and had to sell my car to tie loose ends. I arranged for one of my fathers cars to be sent here to hold me get me to work and back. I got a quote from Viking and they agreed on a pick up date. I gave them a deposit. Not only did they not pick it up, they never called once to inform me they were running behind schedule. When I finally got a hold of them (often calls would just ring and go to a machine) they told me they couldn't get someone to pick it up for the price we had both already agreed upon, and that I would need to pay more or wait for someone to take the job at the price. I only had what they quoted me at so I could not pay more I had to wait. A month passed without them voluntarily updating me, I had to chase them for news. Messages got no return calls. This entire time, my public commute to my job was averaging 5 hours each day. Finally I told them I no longer wish to wait and to return my deposit. This was three weeks and several phone calls ago. I have not received a cent. They were however much faster and efficient at taking my money, they withdrew my deposit same day. I can not tell you to stay clear of this company enough.

We apologize that your car took longer than usual to find a driver. You chose the cheapest prize of the three diferent choices we gave you, even though we expained to you that the prize that you were choosing would take longer to pick up. You chose the cheapest anyway. Your deposit has been refunded inf full as you allready are aware......Richard H.
