I know my title would lead one to believe that I was not satisfied with Viking but that’s quite the contrary. My job was contracted out to KM Transport and this is where the disaster began. KM did pick up my truck (from Las Vegas) on the exact day that Viking said they would so I thought it was going to go off without a hitch as they say. I was sadly mistaken. After only a day or so on the road, the transport truck broke down in Tucson, Arizona and had to have some engine work done on it. After a week of being in the shop, all was good (or so we thought..again). The truck made it to El Paso, TX and again broke down. This time, the truck had to have a complete engine overhaul. Needless to say, time was NOT on my side. Well, to make a long story short, my truck arrived 5 weeks to the day after it was picked up in Nevada.

I must say though, Tony (from Viking) kept closely in touch with me and updated me any time he had news (good or bad). He apologized over and over and assured me that this sort of thing had NEVER happened before. Anyway, at the end of this horrible ordeal, Tony graciously refunded my deposit (which, in my opinion, he didn’t have to do). I know he felt as bad as I did and was willing to do whatever he could so that I would go away a happy customer (which I did). Thanks Tony and I hope we have better luck next time Sir
