I originally called Viking Auto Transport because they were one of few companies to respond in a timely manner when I requested shipment of my vehicle. Now, let me explain. I've read some of these reviews and tend to disagree with the unhappy customers. I was told up front that if I wanted to take a chance and go with the cheaper route, I could, but they COULD NOT guarantee the pick up date. So, I tried, however, Tony was correct. No bites... I increased my alloted amount by a small portion and bam, I got a bite from a company. I was in no hurry to get the car, it wasn't crunch time for me. I planned it out and Tony did everything he could to keep me informed. People, this is the new age, phones are out, emails are in. If you want immediate responses, EMAIL TONY AND YOU'LL BE ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY!!!! I thought Tony was polite and professional the entire time. He even took the time to call and make sure everything was good with the car after I received it. If you want the cheap way out, you'll most likely wait a little longer, but they tell you that UP FRONT. If you want to spend a little more, you'll get your car when you want or need it. It's not Viking Auto Transport that makes the decision for you, YOU make the decision. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and I would used them again when the needs arises. Thank you Tony for all you did to make this a pleasant experience.
