Viceroy was a God-sent!!! Very friendly and knowledge people. They definitely took the time to explain all the ins and outs of sending my car via transport from NJ to FL. They also helped me when they realized that another company "Nationwide Transported" listed my information and stated that I had contracted with them, when I had never signed nor agreed to anything. I quickly contacted Nationwide and confronted them about this after reading terrible reviews of their performance with other customers. I opted to go with Viceroy and could not have been happier! This was especially helpful and appreciated as this was the first time I was doing this as part of a relocation process. The customer service rep. Jonathan (just a great and patient guy!!) made sure I had all the information for when the driver would show up to pick up and the driver (Ricardo) was on-time. The driver was also really friendly and understanding as I ran around to make sure I had everything I needed from my car before taking my little car. Ricardo also explained I might be able to get my car 1 day earlier but he would be in contact with me when he got into FL to see if I could take delivery on Saturday vs Sunday, which was highly appreciated as I was able to return my rental car 1 day earlier and put back some money in my pocket! Jonathan also followed up when after Ricardo picked up my car and then the next morning after I received my car to make sure everything was okay and asked if I needed anything else or if I needed anything else. Overall - I really recommend this company.
