As a first time user of the auto shipping business, (brokers and transporters) I can only tell you that after everything I was reading and hearing about this industry, I was ready to simply fly back and pick up the Truck myself. Why risk what seemed like a certain disaster. In a sea of mistrust, bad brokers, bad haulers, shipments going bad, and ridiculous prices, (from $200 to $1980 LA to PHX) I can only tell you that after a solid, full day of research, Patrick at Vehicle Shipping Group was a huge relief. Efficient, respectful and knowledgeable, Patrick told me exactly how it would work, collected nothing until the driver was physically at the location and kept me informed throughout. I strongly suggest you do your your own due diligence, however if you give Vehicle Shipping Group an opportunity to provide service, I believe you will ultimately have them handle your shipment and then you can relax! Perfect service all the way.
