VSG and the carrier were great to work with. Mark was personable and easy to do business with. He was thorough in collecting all the right information to make it a smooth and pleasant transaction. He explained the complete shipping process. VSG had a carrier lined up faster than we anticipated it would be picked up which was great.

We were delighted with the auto transport company VSG arranged to deliver our car to Florida. The driver/owner Fernando called us to arrange a pick-up time and was promptly at our home to pick up the car the next morning. Most impressive was his willingness to navigate our residential neighborhood arriving right at the house which is on a dead end street to pick up the car, incredible driver:) He inspected the car thoroughly, was polite and professional throughout the process and loaded the car letting us know approximately when it would be in Florida. True to his word, the car was delivered on time and in perfect condition. It has been some time since we shipped a car a long distance and needless to say we had some concerns on when the car would arrive in and in what condition it would be in. Those concerns were alleviated when our daughter called to say she received the car in perfect condition. Thanks VSG and Fernando for the great service.!
