The first comment I would like to make is, DO NOT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE.....If you request a quote on-line for shipping an item, you will be harassed with non-stop calls and non-stop emails from all different freight carriers.

I contacted Ben on a Sunday, around 8:00 a.m. EST. I didn't realize he was in a time zone that was 3 hours behind mine, and he returned my call within 30 minutes. Ben was very courteous and I felt very comfortable with him, unlike the few other carriers I spoke to, that were strictly looking to make a sale then take care of the customer.

The pick-up of the vehicle we had shipped was picked up on-time and we had the most wonderful driver. We put a very small deposit down and paid the balance when the vehicle arrived, which put me at ease.

The driver kept in touch with me the entire way. He texted me with updates and would call me when he was en route.

I am so fortunate to have found Ben and VSG. I would most definitely use this company again and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a vehicle shipped.
