When our daughter needed to return home from California, we thought about how we could get her home quickly without driving her car back to Indiana, and taking four days in which to do it. I had checked on line for prices on shipping her car back, and after inquiring to a few shippers (no one had prices listed), I found the phone number to Vehicle Shipping Group, and Laura answered the phone. From that moment she was extremely helpful...explained how the shipping thing worked...took the time with me and answered all my questions and concerns and never seemed annoyed with a first time shipper. She put all my fears to rest on what I was doing with my daughter's car. The date the car was available for pick up was July 28, and the truck driver called my daughter the very first day, and picked it up around 12:30 that afternoon. We were told that it may take anywhere from 5 to 7 days for delivery...it arrived in Indiana at my front door between 7 and 8 a.m.
