Transporting Scams and Delivering Unethical Behaviors

After entering into an agreement with and paying their “Broker Fee”, I discovered that failed to schedule or provide any such service for which they were retained.

I contacted Sam, John, Trevor and Adam on multiple occasions without receiving any semblance of professionalism or customer care. Unfortunately, their proliferating list of unprofessional excuses led me to search for an alternative solution.

Next is their thought out script of what to say when the customers call. While speaking to different workers from different department, I received a word-for-word scripted answer from their complaint playbook. I noticed similar actions online as well. Scripted replies to be aware of: We called you and someone cancelled, put the order on hold or could not reach you; you refused service; we found you a transport the day you filed a complaint or requested a refund; It’s not our fault you did not read the contract.
Lastly, the “No refund after 48 hours” policy-SCAM.

We had found multiple drivers for this customer. He denied each one of them because it did not meet his time frame. This customer was extremely difficult to deal with. Services had absolutely been rendered. There is nothing that is a scam about our company.
