I got a call on March 30 that the car would be picked up that day. I got a call on 4/1 from the seller that he was contacted by the driver and he took off work to facilitate the pick up, but the truck never showed up. I tried to contact Vantage for several hours on the 1st, but they never answer the customer service line, and when I went thru the sales line I was left on hold for up to 30 minutes at a time. I finally contacted Adam, who said he was the owner and who promised he would look into getting a driver for me. He said the driver did show up, but the seller didn't confirm in time, so the driver left without calling anyone.
I never heard from Vantage again until I called them on 4/6 when Adam said he thought he had a driver and would call me back in 20 minutes. I called him 2 hours later and he said there were no available drivers in No. Carolina and I was out of luck. I asked him to take my listing down so I could contact another company & he refused, saying I couldn't tell him what to do.
I've since contracted with another company who gave me a 3 day window for pick up. I work for a museum and I ship a lot of vehicles. Vantage is the worst company I've dealt with in a long time. I found Vantage to be unprofessional and dishonest & I strongly advise other clients to use someone else.
