I received a call right after I posted online that I was looking for a company to transfer my car from Ohio to Newyork. A guy called Mike called me and offered 400 dollars! He kept calling me day and night to take the order and finally I paid him the deposit 150. Then I never heard from him, I kept calling him, he either never answers or keep telling me that a driver will come pick up the car in a day or so! Of course none of that happened! I tried to get my deposit back he refused! So I called the company, a guy called Arthur and another called Larry, answered me after 10 days from placing the order! Then they gave me a number for the driver! A lady answered and was like I could only take your car to new jersey because if she goes to NY shell pay a lot more for the toll! So I finally agreed to finish this disgusting business with them........ When the driver came he said he wanted 400 dollars, however as per the contract I received from VLG I was supposed to pay only 245 dollars, the remaining from the 400 as I already paid a deposit of 150. I called Arthur and he told the driver that he'll pay him the rest whenever he reaches NJ! And because these people are scammers, when the van reached NJ they wanted the recipient to pay 155 dollars! And said they will store the car if he doesn't pay! So finally the recipient paid the rest to get the car! In total we paid $ 550. These people are fraudulent! Do not do business with them they will rip you off your money and will provide the worst service ever ! DONOT USE VLG Transport, if You receive a call from MIKE LARRY or ARTHUR do not answer them!

VLG never taken there deposit it was so done by third party transportit.org and online shipment bidding alternative to uship. Customer gave transportit and authorized the deposit. they gave there credit info to them and so should contact them as we have not taken a penny. False review
