VIP handled my shipment to my satisfaction. I had a terrible experience with 3 other shippers, promising to ship car on certain dates and never got it done. When I called VIP and talked to Reba she checked for me to find out what they could do. They shipped the car enclosed for about what the others wanted to ship open.They had a couple of delays but handled them to my satisfaction. Car was shipped within just a couple days of promise, which still made me happy, as they explained everything to me in a very forthright way. Driver (John) was great guy and very helpful and helped to make this a pleasant experience. VIP I feel is one of the best shippers, they do what they say they will do. Would I use them in the future yes as I feel they are the best to do business with.
