I spoke with Ben on March 5 and was qouted a price of $895.00 I explained to him that I needed car moved asap and is ready to go. He was very nice and eager to help me. I moved forweard with him and was told the car would be pciked up within 5-7 days. OK fine I said let's move forward. He knew how eager I was to move the car so called me back within 2 hours and said he had a truck the next day to pick up my car. It was another $150 more than what I aggreed on but sicne he said it would be picked up the next day I said ok. Thursday comes and I called to confirm and they started to say that a driver was in the area and it would be done. Of course Friday monring comes along and was not picked up. I called and Ben was not in and spoke with the GM. I told him that I was qouted a price of $895 and paid an extra $150 to move on Thursday and it did not get picked up. He said your price is still $1,045 and it is what it is. THIS WAS A TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH AND NOT TO MENTIOAN WERE VERY RUDE WITH THE ENTIRE CALL. So they call my contact for the pick on Saturday and say they are going to pick up the car. The contact person happens to be a family member and wanted to confirm who was pciking up the car . He wanted to make sure the car was being picked up by VIP. It turns out the driver had a tow truck and wanted to bring it to the yard to be picked up. When the family memeber asks for information before he gives the car to him THE DRIVER CAN NOT GIVE HIM ANYTHING. He just gave him a number that was not working and nothign to confirm that this was VIP. Obviously I cancend and woudl not refund the funds. I called Ben 03/11 to let him know what happened he transferd the call to his manager and handled the call very poorly and threnten me with a lawyer for calling him everyday to find out where when my car was being picked up.
It's amazing how people like this stay in buniess and would not recomend them to anyone or dealer. As you can see in the reviews they don't handle peope well.
